You are interested about RSS, but you have no idea where to start.
First you need two things
A. RSS feed- from an RSS supported website.
B. RSS aggregator or reader- used to read the RSS feed from a source website. It comes also in two forms: a downloadable program also known as (1) desktop aggregator and (2) an online or web-based aggregator. Downloadable aggregators may need payment, while internet based is sometimes free of charge.
- Choose an RSS aggregator to use. for beginners, opt for web-based because they are user friendly.
- Scan the homepage of target website for the RSS or XML button. You can find the RSS code here which you need for the aggregator.
- Copy and paste the code in your aggregator.
- You can now read the RSS feeds coming from your website.
